If you use DeusExe just put the audio latency from 40 to 60 or if you dont : edit deusex.ini, find [Galaxy.GalaxyAudioSubsystem] and change 'Latency' again from 40 to 60 Had the same problem and this have fixed it

If you have a glitchy audio after that (as in the comms sound like they are using a weird, bad microphone), in the same launcher switch the audio latency from 40 to 60. In addition to that, open up the file deusex.ini (it's in the game's system directory) and go to the [Galaxy.GalaxyAudioSubsystem] section.
