That no longer works and has no drivers. It was for older windows operating systems. My old 420 now has Windows 10 and miniview has not worked since Windows 7--or even earlier. I have it disabled in device Manager but it still annoying to look at so I covered it. It was a dumb idea in the first place IMO.

The xps 420 runs windows 8 fine and there was no need to install old drivers in compatibility mode on mine. Get windows 8 drivers for any missing drivers from the manufacturer's web site--printers, video cards, sound cards etc. I did not have to install chipset drivers on my 420. Windows 8 supplied everything for the Dell components.
