I thought that when I click on Select – Unused Regions List and then CLEAR – DELETE - PERMANENTLY it will remove not only the files from the Pro Tools’ Region’s List (and session,) but it will also delete them from the audio folder on the hard drive. But it doesn’t do it; the files are still in the audio folder.

In 8.0.3 (and as far as I can see it wasn't a bug fix with 8.0.4) when I try to remove all unused audio there are lots, sometimes hundreds / thousands of files that remain. I'm definitely waiting for all files to be revealed, and I can blast my undo queue.. it still makes no difference.
