Now we are getting the same distorted audio issues described above. I've tried uninstalling Zoom, OBS, the DeckLink software, RealTek audio drivers and then re-installed them all. I've updated Decklink to version 12.x (we were running 11.6 before). This did not resolve the issue with the audio in Zoom or in Windows.

Dell PC distorted audio output to Decklink Duo 2 - Sending output from vMIX to a Decklink Duo 2 port on our Dell PC caused the audio to be distorted. When using the Decklink Duo as the external output via SDI, audio and video run asynchronous, and the audio gets distorted after a few minutes of playback. The card seems to be working fine when all SDI inputs are connected with a valid signal, and activated in VMix. When we don't use all connector of the Card the Problem occurs.

I have spoke to Blackmagic before regarding audio distortion issues in the past and the techs told me the Blackmagic cards use the Audio interface for the DSP processing. If you are getting distortion, it very well may be the audio interface causing it. I am not sure if the DSP processing handoff is specific to certain cards or all of them.

DISTORTED AUDIO FROM SDI WORKAROUND First remove the separate audio input device in OBS and right click on the Video Input and click properties. Click the Use custom audio device to hear the distorted audio. It should look like this. Then uncheck the Use custom audio device. It should look like this, and the sound should become clear.
