Dayton caps any good? | Audiokarma Home Audio Stereo ...

I used the Dayton 1% caps in my EPI 100s. They opened up the tweeter nicely. Best 15 bucks I've spent on speakers so far. As far as size goes, note that the Jantzen cap is rated for 800V, the Dayton for 250. Given the same uF value, higher voltage caps are always bigger. Jailtime, Nov 24, 2009. #10.

Sonicap vs Dayton audio caps - Technical/Modifications ...

Re: Jantzen CrossCap vs Dayton Caps. I usually get all my caps from ErseAudio. They are good quality caps, most spec out with a 3% tolerance compared with Dayton's 10% and Jantzen's 5%, are priced between the Dayton and the CrossCaps, and they have about 50% more values than either one you mentioned. They have always measured closer than 3% for me.
