    The Xtreme Gamer i bought came with a Windows XP 64-bit driver cd. But i use my Xtreme Gamer with Vista 32-bit and seems to be fine with that. Edit: turns out the X-Fi series driver on creative.com does support Windows Vista 64-bit and there is also a beta Windows 7 driver. So there you go.

    The only difference between the XtremeMusic and the Titanium is the optical I/O and Dolby Digital live in the Titanium. Everything else is exactly the same.. unless you need a free PCI port..
