    So what you need is to have the midi source trk (midi info you want coverted) and also the trk that has that midi trk's output going to it selected (which should be an audio trk). Then select Edit/Bounce To Track. That should do it. [edit] I made a mistake. The synth trk isn't an audio trk. It has a keyboard for the Track Icon. Not an Audio Icon.
