    I have spice-gtk3 on Arch Linux custom compiled with --with-audio=pulse --with-audio=gstreamer both in the configure line. See attached PKGBUILD, which is really the latest PKGBUILD with --with-audio=gstreamer appended and the gstreamer0.10-good dependency added. PulseAudio is launched automatically, so you need to stop it and mask it.
