After upgrading my laptop (Sony Vaio SVE11136CVB) Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, whenever I play a video using Windows Media Player or the Movies & TV apps, I get to hear the audio perfectly well but without the video. In response to this, I've tried your suggestion to update graphic driver but to no avail (the driver is said to be up-to-date).
