    chan-sccp is creating the rtp instance on the wrong interface. It should have created something like 192.168.1.210:36518 instead. A quick fix on your server would/might be, if you would allow ip_forwarding between the two local interfaces in sysctl.conf: net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1.
