The + cable from alt is under the left ring pointed terminal & the car audio + cable to the fuse that feeds the system is under the right pointed ring terminal. The fusible link attaches at the bolt closest to the + battery terminal & has a plastic case that won’t fit flush on my Aftermarket battery terminal which is the 2nd pic.

If you car will only run the starter and NOTHING else works, its the fusible link. Seriously, if your headlights, dashlights, radio, HVAC, domelights...if anything works at all, the fusible link is good, end of diagnostics. Now, what to do if it is bad...personally, I replace them with "Mini-ANL" fuses.
