I'm looking for a remote for a Cambridge Audio CD34 I thought it would be as for Philips (RC5) but it isn't, nor Sony nor Sharp. Tried a universal but got impossibly mixed-up functions on the only setting that got a response.

But, I really like the Cambridge for the money, and I feel the build quality is a step above the NAD. I have owned the Cambridge CD4 for over one year and had no reliability problems. I would recommend the Cambridge to anyone wanting quality CD sound for an entry level price. 5 Star value, honest 4 star sound.

Cambridge Audio CD4SE CD Players. I bought a CD4 Special Edition second hand, in perfect condition for just £8.50. I'd read various reviews that were full of praise so I thought I'd give it a go and at that price it was too good to miss. I've compared it to all of my other vintage CD players: NAD C524, Rotel RCD855, Rega Planet Mk1, and a Naim ...

The cost of the MSB with the power supply was $1,500. In my opinion, too much money for "a little". My conclusion is that CD6 is a very good CD that can compete with CDs of the line of MF X Ray, Marant CD 17, Rotel , etc. My congratulations to CAMBRIDGE AUDIO, since I have been enjoing a very good sound with a very serious CD player.

Many reviewers place the new VM750SH and VM740ML (microline) cartridges soundwise in a different zone to the Nagaoka's. Listening to a few 1080P YouTube rips I could clearly discern the Audio Technica sounding more clear (crisp) and less soft then the Nagaoka's. Reviews on this forum tend to confirm this.
