As I see it you need a 46 volt centre tapped trafo capable of 300 w cont. And a 230 v primary. , That means a RMS current in the secondary of 6 amps. Impedance etc are irrelevant in this context. The requirement in the auxiliary windings is a maximum current of 1 amp and a 30 volt centre tapped trafo will be overkill.
