I presume you can install the Russian version of S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat via Steam, and copy the contents of the aforementioned folder of this mod to the /text/ folder of the game. Note however, since they come in a folder specifically named after the language ('eng'), that the Russian version might have its text in gamedata/configs ...

Does anybody know what files in the Stalker Call of Pripyat\gamedata\sounds folder that I added, should I remove so that Degtyarev still speaks in English? Or is my modifier a complete all-in-one type of deal where I cant pick and choose Russian and English (and must choose completely either one or the other) audio?

stalker-call-of-pripyat. I am Russian myself, and I have, obviously, played S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series in Russian language (the original one). However, I want to share this game with some of my friends who don't speak Russian at all, and I have found out that this game is awfully translated. It is dubbed in English, not subtitled.

STALKER Call of Pripyat English Language version I found this video a while ago, it made me laugh so much. ... If you get the game with english audio it really is as disjointed as that clip. I downloaded the russian audio to use with subtitles and it works much better. Probably the first important mod for the game, that you should get.
