    Based on my past experience with Boss I would say don't use the GT-10 as an audio interface. Even if it works, I would be astounded if it worked well!     I've likely just got my setup configured wrong. I'm going from the guitar to the GT-10. The GT-10 goes to the computer via USB and also to my amp via a standard music cable. What's happening is its sending the monitored audio back to the GT10 and that's getting pushed back to my amp along with the original sound causing a sort of 'chorusy' sound.
