[SOLVED] I just completed the scarlett DLC two nights ago, but since then I have had no audio. all other games work fine just not BL2. has anyone heard of this and a fix or something that could help me. in the mean time, ill delete and re-install to see if that fixes it and post back.

For me if I do Skype first and then Borderlands 2, there is sound. The other way around, no sound. Also if I'm in-game and using headphones (Skype or no) and unplug, there is no sound till I leave and re-enter the game. No idea why, but hey, I can work around it.

Going into Settings > Sound > App volume and device preferences > selecting “Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio)”. Checking if the volume is low in the Volume Mixer. Running as Administrator, but the game keeps asking me to Run as Admin and doesn’t even open. Same for running in XP SP2. Tried using -nolauncher in launch options for steam.

Just started the game and the cinematic had sound but after the train crashed then theres no sound at all. Succubus191 9 years ago #2. Sound will be released in a DLC. Seriously tho, I don't know what would cause that. It's very odd that it would work initially then completely stop.
