Id say the audio boost is as much as its always been. You may just be listening to the non boosted audio, and assuming that it is working. On my phone if it is working, it is obvious, way more than 10%. Try rebooting your Storm, I think you'll hear a big difference when the audio boost is working. The problem/bug is that it only works for a while.
