basically, it seems bf4 is set to using 20 audio channels, and low audio quality, and needs the quality put up, and the channels changed from 20 to 32 (low end sound cards) or 64 (typical sound cards) works, haven't had the problem since. goto the folder documents/battlefield 4/settings. and find the file PROFSAVE_profile.
