    Right now, the project I'm working on is in final cut pro...you had said I should export as is, so I went to export, using quicktime conversion, picked aiff (same file type as the audio file). If that's correct, what about the settings when I export..do I leave it at 'default'? Then I opened compressor, went to "add file" and picked my aiff file.
