The Behringer is said to have an audio interface built in, that's an advantage, it also has a MIDI out, which the Oxygen has not. I don't know what else to say, I'm fully satisfied with my Oxygen 61, I'm learning more about it still, and I'm glad I decided for it, because it was tough to make a desicion. Cheers

FWIW, M-Audio customer support are useless. Got an original Axiom 61, and besides the keyboard and pads (i.e. MIDI notes) none on the MIDI data outputted is reliable. It had a habbit on randomly changing CC's on bootup. I haven't used it as a controller in a long time. The keyboard itself plays great though!
