How to fix speedup with AviSynth? - VideoHelp Forum

    https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/353056-How-to-fix-speedup-with-AviSynth
To slow down audio, you can use various audio editors e.g. audacity, timestretch in avisynth with soundout TimeStretch(rate=83.41666667) Soundout() Timestretch is expressed as a percentage, so 25/(30000/1001) * 100 =~ 83.41666667 (but it won't be NTSC DVD compliant @ 720x480 , 25 frames per second)

TimeStretch - Avisynth wiki

Changes speed while allowing pitch to rise or fall, like the traditional analog vari-speed effect. If rate =200, the audio will play twice (200%) as fast; if rate =50, the audio will play half (50%) as fast. Rate control is implemented purely by sample rate transposing.

How can I speed up AVIsynth processing? - Doom9's Forum

    https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=171924
While working with AviSynth, I didn't have any issues or configuration complications using the MT version; perhaps I was lucky. With quad-core i7 processor, in my case, it still runs at 100% CPU with or without MT, but MT is still a bit faster. I found AviSynth+ to be faster than AviSynth 2.6, but AviSynth 2.6 MT to be faster than AviSynth+.

PAL-speedup command in Avisynth ? - VideoHelp Forum

    https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/392581-PAL-speedup-command-in-Avisynth
The AviSynth PAL speedup command is "AssumeFPS(25)". Why you would think otherwise is beyond me. When you use AviSynth, of course you have to do a full reencode. I have no idea what changefps in TSMuxer does as I've never used that program. In AviSynth ChangeFPS(25) doesn't do the speedup, but only adds one duplicate frame every second.

Main Page - Avisynth

    http://www.avisynth.org/
What is AviSynth? AviSynth is a powerful tool for video post-production. It provides ways of editing and processing videos. AviSynth works as a frameserver, providing instant editing without the need for temporary files.. AviSynth itself does not provide a graphical user interface (GUI), but instead relies on a script system that allows advanced non-linear editing.
