Well there is the old AC3 source by can't remember who. Still got it on disc somewhere though and I'm sure that the readme would say. Nic ported some filters from TFM to an AVISynth filter called NicAudio and it includes AC3 decoding. Lets you pick the number of channels to downmix, etc. that the original never did.
