Open the IFO that contains the movie, choose only the movie PGC, and check only the "Create A PGC VOB" box. Then open the VOB in AutoGK. I'll assume you don't want subtitles because opening VOBs prevents you from getting any. The first method is more guaranteed to get the AVI without any audio synch problems, though.

Instead of using that feature, you need to adjust the audio delay. After you load the file, click Streams > Stream list, right-click the audio and select Interleaving. Enter a value in the "Delay audio by" box, click all the OK's, then save in direct copy mode with a new, unique filename and check. It may take a few tries to get it right.

The problem is that the movies audio gets very seriously out of sync in the end of the movie. The sync is perfect in the beginning but towards the end it totally starts to suck. I used 128k mp3 for the audio (with the exactly same lame & azid settings on the Doom9 guide). I did the movie with Divx 3 & 4.12 but both of them had the same problem.
