These speakers are very easy to drive and the Quad has no problem getting them to achieve high volume levels without running out of steam. The M2's also sound incredible at all volume levels, so late night listening or having a good blasting session I love them! I really can’t see why I will ever want another pair of speakers.

Audiovector R8 floorstanding loudspeaker - Hi-Fi+

Audiovector claims this new membrane material produces faster, more uncoloured midrange and bass performance, and that certainly seems to be proved out in the listening. Similarly, the company’s clever cabinet with an internal isobaric compound bass system uses hand-built 100mm rear-firing mid-bass drivers.

Theese speakers are exellent! Over the years I have tried all of the above speakers and the only one that came close to the Audiovector M3 sig. was the Audiovector 6 (Audiovector's top of the line aprox. 8 years ago). The M3 Sig. (with superstands) are wery dynamic! Used together with my Mark Levinson 27 they realy come alive.

And I love to hear both new and old music coming out of these tiny cabinets. They are suitable for almost all kind of music, not least acoustic music like jazz. But they are very good even with other music like Techno and so on, couse my youngest son nowadays loves to play his CD´s and vinyls on my equipment.

Casual Listener. Strength: Overall sound quality, bass, midrange, easy to drive, looks. Weakness: Price maybe. First I should probably mention, that it's not the M3 but the M3 Super version that I have. I bought theese babies after listning to several other speakers for the last 2 months or so.
