Levels are set in AV2K.ini in the Windows folder. RDS will be setup by adding a remote section for the RDS Encoder in audiovau.ini and then modifying the AvAir section in the same file. Our license allows us AVAir, although we're using AVSat for our AM&FM with Dial Global's Storq system on the FM and Satellite delivery for the AM. To be honest, I've been less than impressed with AudioVault. It's not very stable, tough to use, and uses a series or arcane .INI files to configure it.
