If I look in the AudioToolbox.framework, I see that the AudioUnit.h file exist in the Headers directory. This problem occured after I upgrade to macOS Sierra and Xcode 8.0. I also use AudioToolbox in my iOS application without any problem, the code is the same that I use in my MacOSX application.
