Strategy Guide for Audiosurf 2's Mono mode? I just picked this up during the current Humble Store sale (it came to less than 5 bucks, so why not). I really like the reskinning ability, and being able to play songs off YouTube ("Night Call" from the Drive OST with the Retrowave skin FTW).

You can practice Mono several ways. Do either: 1. Stay on fast songs to master timing and reaction time. 2. Do slow songs to learn chaining. What you start with doesn't matter much. I'd say just do first what you'd be less frustrated repeating early on, since it'll take some time to be better at it.

In Audiosurf 2, on the mono mode (the mode where there is only one color of block), my strategy has been to simply hit all the blocks I could, while missing spikes. I've played through some songs missing only a couple of blocks, yet missing the the high score by a large factor, so I'm assuming my strategy is flawed, and I need to miss some to get an optimal score.
