Audiosurf 2 needs the whole track to process it to an individual level and this streaming services do not give you one. So it is not possible and i am not sure spotify would allow it. And the Dev of Audiosurf 2 is just one peson so i would not bet on spotify integration. P.S:

My idea is simple, buy the rights to Audiosurf and create a mobile gaming experience similar to it integrated with the Spotify app. Audiosurf is pretty simple. It takes any song you have (in my experience it was mp3 files) and the game will recognize it for beats per minute and various moments in the song.
