To fix the "Handshake failed, system time far off" error, you need to set your clock wrong, fix it, then restart Foobar2000. Or some combination of those. This component was last updated in 2010 and developed using a very old Last.fm API which requires the correct time/handshake authentication on startup which current scrobblers don't need.
