I had a completely different experience with them. I bought a brand new in the box flagship marantz 9600 receiver from them for 1/2 msrp about a year ago ( no us warranty). It was shipped promtly for a reasonable price, I had no trouble speaking to the owner on the phone, and I have had no problems with the marantz. They are legit.
