For some reason I get a message at the start of windows "The Creative Sound Blaster PCI64 driver cannot load MIDI waveset. MIDI playback has been disabled." My problem is I can't figure out where this has been disabled. I tried the control panel and when I select a waveset it gives me the message again. I have never seen this before.
