Audionics of Oregon was the original name of the company, now known as Rockford Fosgate. They made several preamp's from the late 70's to mid 80's. Good, solid stuff, and fairly rare too. I sold a 70wpc Audionics of Oregon CC-2amp not too long ago - also very well built. Cheers, Russ
