Beatnik, the amp you have is a 2-channel amp, with both channels completely separate and easily converted to true stereo. Baldwin used these in organ models 45C, 45HP2, and Tone cab models AC,AD, and possibly others as well. The "Pedal" opt on top is driven by the 7027 tubes and the "Manual" opt is underneath and driven by the 6l6 tubes.

From this e-bay listing it seems that this is a Baldwin 54A amplifier. Looks like maybe the Leslie attachment had its own amplifier built on the main amp chassis. You can easily make a mono bi-amped system with the amp if you don't replace transformers. If you don't mind replacing the output transformers you can make this a stereo bi-amped system.
