    I've have to admit that even though I had seen many pics of the D1, I was shocked with it's size. It really is small and makes it quite portable (although I don't carry it around with me ). Regarding the sound quality I have to say that although it isn't perfect it has impressed me specially because of what it does for the price/features/size.
