    I personally enjoy the disco/80's stadium rock present in these songs more than I do the hard, choppy, aggressive, and very electronic sound of Cross. While Audio Video Disco didn't have as many strong hits as Cross (i.e. Genesis, Phantom, DANCE, Waters of Nazareth), it did have a much more consistent quality.
