When the audio stutters, the mouse will as well where it wont move smoothly, i'll move it from left to right and like the audio, it'll work briefly but then it'll skip to where i end up on. Just moving my mouse in circles and i can see it move smoothly for a second then it'll skip.

Maybe you can check if Google Chrome's grey "X" overlay prompt appears at the top of your screen when your movements in PUBG are stuttering. This could help us narrow down the root of the problem. BTW, I am now making a new test, switching from Chrome to the new Edge with Chromium support.

After installing my TUF OC 3070, issues started occurring when i attempted to stream through discord as soon as i click screen share mouse would either lag or stutters as I'm moving it + audio would instantly cut... and you're probably wondering well this may not be a big deal, sure.. it isn't but more problems came with as i started gaming.
