The s302m stream should contain 5.1 channels, but it shows up as stereo in MPC-HC. Who's wrong, me or MPC-HC? I'm guessing MPC-HC because it doesn't seem like it can play the stream anyway. SMPTE 302M is apparently a wrapper for an AES eight channel audio stream. I get an occasional burst of static, but that is about it. VLC's stream info shows the audio to be four channels of lpcm.
