Have resolved the audio on my laptop, it was just box tick in the sound menu, but the dvd/cd drive was not resolved and have reverted back to Windows 7 and so the dvd/cd drive has appeared again, so this points to a problem with Windows 10 and not the drivers. It is a Sony All in One computer.

CD DVD doesn't work but audio plays in test. Worked fine a few weeks ago, now the warranty is done and it doesn't work, surprise surprise.. Did the test, the data cd linear seek test failed. That was the only fail. I continued on and it was able to play audio from a CD so it still works obviously.. What should I do now?
