I unlinked and deleted the video track associated with the sequence and just edited the audio track as if it were an audio clip.     Basically the title. In offline, all of the music tracks in Premiere are Stereo. I look at the word "Stereo" in properties directly. But when I give our audio guy an AAF or OMF the music always goes out as Mono. I've tried a lot of different solutions and the one time another assist fixed it it seemed like dumb luck.
