I've tried it all. I even installed a brand new copy of Lion on an external drive and right out of the Lion box the icon was greyed out. How frustrating is this? It's either a Lion thing or a hardware issue. This is an audio board that I installed last week that I purchased used from Gain Saver (a great site for used Apple parts).

Thanks for the reply. Sorry I wasn't looking at PT's to state what is grayed out and what not. Under file, I can see and click on Score Setup. That is the only thing I see related to Sibelius. Beneath that is Print Score which is grayed out also. But the most important one is that the Score editor is grayed out under the Window drop down menu.
