See if you have them by trying to follow this path: Start>Programs>Dell Webcam>Laptop Integrated Webcam>Dell Webcam Console. Look for a tab on the top left saying "effects", under "audio effects" and unclick the enable box. If you do not have that path then you do not have the effects. Look through the settings in Skype and try different ones.

Hi Kaz, After you've expanded Sound Video and Game Controllers, go thru each of the items, right clicking, the one that allows uninstall is the sound card, should be the 2nd or 3rd item. A way to find out what the sound card is: Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices > Properties dialog box > Audio tab > Sound Playback section > what's there is your sound device.
