The dropped audio is within the video clip. It is a class play, and the audio cuts off (as if it were suddenly muted) about 7 min into the last 9 min clip, towards the end of the play. This happened in 2 plays, out of 13 that I filmed. I will try reimporting as you suggest.

621. I know for a fact that its not due to a layer change. Layer changes on my player take 2-3 seconds and are noticeable, video freezes as well as audio drop out. In this case, the video continues fine, but the audio drops out, like a hiccup. I just tested the DVD player with the optical cable and same problem.

CBS is the worst of the 2. I literally have to pause and play the Tivo to get the audio back. Usually it only happens when it goes to a commercial and comes back from commercial. It also sometimes drops and comes right back, like a hiccup. Its not the HDMI cable since I switched that out already.
