When I set up the wizard for streaming on twitch, it says I have the hardware and connection for a 720p 30fps stream on twitch. Xsplit actually DOES have an issue with this capture device, at least the last time I used it. Typically it would start out super choppy and I'd just have to wait or restart it a few time before it would work. People have posted about it on the Xsplit forums, with an actual fix that OBS used, and still Xsplit didn't respond.
