The capacitance of that cable wired for standard single ended audio (and even for balanced audio) is going to be way, way higher than 3.4 pF/ft, if I'm ready the specs correctly, more like 23 pF/ft, but I don't think that's even the spec if you connect the shield to the return in for use with RCA. I think the cap will even be higher still.
