In my audio 20 (in a B-Class) you have to press for 4-5secs the "CDC" button and the AUX-IN is activated. I havent even got aq CDC button on the Audio 20. Audio20 on a pre my2009 W211 does not have AUX input available on the back of the head unit. So you are looking at a disassemble of the audio unit to find an output.
