Yes Daniel_k did improve the attractiveness of creative drivers which could have only created more sales. One 'sieze and desist' basically killed 'meaningful' X-Fi driver development (and probably lowered X-Fi sound card sales too) although he is still allowed to work on getting Audigy drivers compatible with Vista and Win7.
