In the hidden menu, go to Audiomanagement --> Inputgainoffset. In here you will see a list of all the MMI inputs (radio, bluetooth, DVD, DAB etc) and you can adjust the gain for each one separately from -13 to +13. So I turned my DVD gain up to 13 and left the radio at 1, and they are pretty much the same volume now when switching between sources.
