None of the ATI MMC stuff worked, but I could capture in VDub, so I set it to work. After I captured a short tape I noticed that the audio lags behind the video by maybe 15 frames or so. It's not clock skew, it's not frame dropping, it doesn't change over time, it's constant. The audio is consistently a half second or so behind the video.
