Just a note (in case you are not aware): if you are going to use the proprietary AMD/ATI driver (fglrx) with your device (HD 4200), you have to use the legacy driver version, as AMD/ATI recently dropped support in the main driver branch for such hardware. · The "default playback device" is a drop-down menu. Just pick something other than "AMD HDMI audio" until the sound comes back. That should do it. If not, post back and we will figure it out. I'll give that a shot, when I disable HDMI audio nothing happens it shows no drivers. I'll try using control panel to find another audio driver. Thanks
