I have gone in to the audio options to see what is going on and it would seem that my output options are ONLY "ATI HD Audio rear output" for playback and nothing else. I have tried disabling this in the device manager and after a restart when I try to play audio it says that I do not have any audio devices so this is not an option..

Ah the only thing I can think of is switching audio devices to "ATI Rear HD Audio Output" in Sound and Audio Devices" in the Control Panel and choosing the appropriate source: headphones, speakers, 5.1 speakers, etc. Sometimes it requires a systsem restart for the card to "see" the TV speakers for the audio portion.

I have the picture working fine and it looks fantastic, the only thing I cannot get working is the sound.
